Resending Your Welcome Email
In the event you did not receive your initial email upon signing up for your Free Trial, you can request to have the email resent to the email address you registered with.
Steps
- From the SmartSheet10 website, go to: Resend Email.
- Type in the email address used when originally registering for the Free Trial of SmartSheet10.
- Click Confirm.
- You will receive this message: "You should receive an email shortly. If you do not receive the email please check your spam folder."
- Log into your email and search for an email titled "Your SmartSheet10 Registration Email." The information to download and install, as well as your SmartSheet10 login information will be in this email.
